It was through the discovery of Reiki that the final piece of the puzzle clicked into place. Angela realized that Shibari, when practiced with true presence, acts as a “healing hug”—a physical containment that allows the nervous system to finally surrender. By channeling Reiki energy through the rope, she creates a multidimensional experience designed to ground the Root chakra and awaken the Sacral.
